Who We Serve
Construction crews need toilets that meet OSHA 1926.51(c) standards. A site with 20 workers requires at least 1 toilet facility; sites with 40 workers need 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal. We've placed units at foundation pours, framing jobs and interior renovations throughout Boca Raton. Event planners rent our portable restroom rental units for weddings, festivals and corporate gatherings. Homeowners doing home renovation porta potty projects rent single units by the week or month. Septic system owners call us for routine septic tank pumping and emergency emergency septic service when tanks back up.

What We Rent
Our standard porta potty rental is the baseline unit: about 44 by 48 inches on the ground, roughly 92 inches tall, with a 60 to 70 gallon holding tank. We pump these weekly under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 baseline service. Deluxe flushable porta potty units offer an upgrade for events where guests expect flushing toilets. ADA accessible porta potty units meet ADA Standards section 213.2 requirements: at least 5 percent of a cluster, never fewer than one, with 36 inch minimum clear width per ADA Standards section 403.5.1 and 32 inch clear door openings per ADA Standards section 404.2.3. Our restroom trailer rental fleet ranges from 2 to 8 stalls with climate control and running water, useful for job sites where crews work through heat. Roll-off dumpster rental handles demolition, construction debris and renovation cleanup. Storage containers work for tools, materials and seasonal overflow. Temporary fence rental secures perimeters on active sites.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a portable toilet cost per day?
Daily rentals run $100 to $350, depending on unit type and whether you need it weekend-ready. A standard unit by the day sits in the lower band; deluxe and ADA units cost more.
Can I rent a porta potty for just one weekend?
Yes. Weekend rates are higher than weekly to reflect short-term demand. Confirm your dates when you call so we reserve the unit.
What's the difference between standard and deluxe?
Standard units have a hand-pump toilet and basic ventilation. Deluxe units offer a flushing toilet, sink and hand sanitizer. Both hold 60 to 70 gallons and are serviced weekly.
Do you offer emergency porta potty rental?
Yes, for sewage backups, burst pipes or sudden site shutdowns. Call us; same-day or next-morning service is usually available.
Is handwashing station rental available?
Yes. Sites applying paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides require handwashing stations per OSHA 1926.51(f)(1), with soap and towels or a hand drying device per 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2). We rent portable sinks that meet those rules.
